Join A.R.T. Inc for an adult workshop series designed to help with the recovery journey.
Join A.R.T. Inc for a 12-week "Rebuilding through Creativity" LEGO workshop series designed to support the recovery journey through creative play. This adult workshop offers mindfulness tools and recovery principles while encouraging participants to rebuild, reflect, and grow in a supportive environment. Each session includes guided group discussions, mindfulness techniques, and hands-on LEGO building activities.
Weekly participation is recommended, but is not mandatory. Drop-ins welcome :)
