Join A.R.T. Inc for a FREE 12-week "Upcycling Workshop" series focused on creativity and recovery. This workshop offers a non-judgmental, inclusive environment where participants can learn mindfulness tools and recovery principles while engaging in creative activities. Participants will explore multiple art techniques and have the opportunity to create unique pieces of upcycled art.
Sessions will include open group discussions and tools for personal recovery, designed to support participants on their journey.
Weekly participation is recommended, but is not mandatory. Drop-ins welcome :)

Free and open to adults aged 18+ who identify as “in recovery” be it from Substance use, or mental health challenges.
No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to create!
