The Studios
Studios range from 134 sq ft to 266 sq ft
Monthly rent ranges from $380 to $1,100

Studios are located on both the ground and second floors.
This is a working arts campus.
When you have a studio at The Hub, you’re part of a space full of artists who create, collaborate, and share their practice with the public.
Studio artists are invited to:
Teach workshops
Participate in Open Studio Nights
Exhibit and sell work
Collaborate across disciplines
Engage in professional development + networking
The Selection Process
All applicants must complete a studio application. If you are applying for a shared studio, BOTH artists must complete an application.
Applications are reviewed by an Artist Selection Committee. The first phase of applications will be reviewed for an April 1, 2026 move-in date.
