Mindfulness Art Expression Workshop for Adults
Join the inspiring Star for a 4-week mindfulness art workshop series, designed to help you cultivate daily mindfulness practices while expressing yourself through art. Held on Saturday mornings at The Hub (653 Main Street, Worcester), this workshop offers a welcoming and supportive space to create, reflect, and grow.
Each session builds on the last, equipping you with simple yet powerful techniques for mindfulness that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life.

Time: 10:00 – 11:15 AM (extra time available after each session to work on your art)
Ages: Adults (18+)
