Join A.R.T. Inc for a 12-week "Rebuilding through Creativity" LEGO workshop series designed to support the recovery journey through creative play. This adult workshop offers mindfulness tools and recovery principles while encouraging participants to rebuild, reflect, and grow in a supportive environment. Each session includes guided group discussions, mindfulness techniques, and hands-on LEGO building activities.
Weekly participation is recommended, but is not mandatory. Drop-ins welcome :)
Dates: March 9th - June 8th (Excludes Easter on 4/20 & Mother's Day on 5/11)
Time: Sundays, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Free and open to adults aged 18+ who identify as “in recovery” be it from Substance use, or mental health challenges.
No prior LEGO experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to create!
